Refunds

At Level Privacy, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our work, we have established a refund policy to protect against misuse while maintaining fairness.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If we are unable to perform the service due to reasons within our control.
  • If the client cancels the service before significant work has commenced.
  • If there is a documented failure to meet agreed-upon service deliverables.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information that impacts service delivery.
  • The client changes their mind after the service has been initiated.
  • The client fails to cooperate with required steps or requests during the service process.
  • Services were successfully delivered as outlined in the agreement.


3. Partial Refunds

In cases where only a portion of the service has been completed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, proportional to the remaining work.


4. Refund Process

  • Clients must submit a refund request within [30 days] of service completion or cancellation.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and include a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
  • Requests will be reviewed within [7 days], and clients will be notified of the decision.


5. Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse of this policy:

  • Refunds will not be issued for repeat cancellations by the same client.
  • Clients who repeatedly request refunds for unjustifiable reasons may be denied future service.
  • We reserve the right to terminate the service without refund in cases of fraudulent or malicious behavior.
